Parades & Projects
This week has been a whirlwind of multiple jobs getting done with the continuation of our new construction projects, remodels, and repairs. With the first quarter of the year coming to a close, we have filled it with finalizing many of our customers’ needs and moved our big barge to the north end of the lake for upcoming customer projects.
We are rounding the end of our first new dock build of the year, with completing the installation of all the metal roofing and the staircase! Between multiple crews on multiple projects and lots of material deliveries, this week was full of getting jobs done on land and on the water! We’ve had some rainy days and we’ve had some sunny days this week, but whatever the weather was we were hard at work fulfilling your service requests!
Last Saturday was the Mardi Gras parade, and the good Lord couldn’t have blessed us with better weather for that!! The crew had so much fun putting our Thomasson Construction float in the parade lineup, and we already have plans to order MANY more beads for next year! There’s a rumor going around that we’re building an even more elaborate float for 2025!
